Visa Requirements
One can apply for a visa in any Brazilian consulate. The following site provides a list of cities where you will find a Brazilian consulate and other relevant informations: Itamaraty (in Portuguese, but easily understandable).
Brazil has diplomatic agreements with some countries so you may not need to apply for a visa depending on your nationality. You may check whether you need to apply for a Brazilian visa or not on the following site.
You will be asked during your registration process if a special letter to a visa requirement is needed so it can be sent to your registered e-mail. You can also directly contact the organizers via e-mail (csqcd3@gmail.com).
