A short review
about the city of São Carlos:
São Carlos is located in the geographic center of
São Paulo State in Brazil and it's surrounded by the cities
of Araraquara, Rio
Claro e Ribeirão Preto. Its climate is very cool
due to the average altitude of 800 - 1000 meters and its vegetation is,
mainly, of "cerrado" suported by the sandsoils of
the plateau.
Two Brazilian Public Universities are located in São Carlos,
which gives to the city the status of "Knowledge City" or
"Technnological Center". Proving this nickname, the city suport an
incredible rate of 1 Phd researcher for every 180 habitants.
The turism in Sao Carlos is very apreciated. The city held several
