our collaboration meeting is very close.

This is the final announcement before the meeting with some practical information.

1) COVID-19
- Anyone arriving to Brazil must have been completely vaccinated
against COVID-19 at least 14 days prior to arrival at the country.
- No PCR or other tests are required.
- You must wear masks at all times in the airport and in closed places,
including UFMG.

2) Arrival and welcome cocktail

The reception cocktail** will take place on Sunday  July 3rd, scheduled for 18:00h - 22:00h (Brazilian time), at the "A Fazendinha" restaurant, a nice place where you will appreciate some of our good gastronomy.  It is located ~800 meter from the Bristol Hotel (nearly a 10 minutes walk).

The restaurant address is: Izabel Bueno street, number 1082, Santa Rosa.

**The cocktail is included in the registration fee, but not the dinner.



3) Registration
Mateus Angelo and João Francisco Gardin will be receiving the
registration fee to be paid in cash only (R$50 for students, R$150
anyone else).

You should also sign in for the conference dinner to take place on
Tuesday July 5th (paid directly to the restaurant).

You will be asked to choose between two options for a tour to take
place on Thursday July 7th, if you wish to join (extra cost).



4) Emergency contact and requests

The SOC/LOC chair prof. João dos Santos Jr. is available for any

** IMPORTANT **  
Those who have the flights covered by the LOC: please keep all your
boarding passes with you, because we will need them.
