We thank you all who have registered, in particular those who proposed
to present your work. The accepted talks have been notified via email
(if you did not receive the acceptance letter, let us know ASAP).

Please proceed with the registration fee payment now. Those in Brazil
can make a Bank transfer to Francisco Maia, LOC chair. The bank details
will be sent by email to those who need it.

We are happy to confirm that all registration fee waiver requests have
been granted. Moreover, those attending in remote mode do not have to
pay the registration fee. The same applies for ON members, who only
attend the talks.

The registration fee is:
- 150 BRL: undergraduate or master students
- 250 BRL: PhD students
- 400 BRL: post-docs
- 600 BRL: faculty.
For non-members of the VISCACHA collaboration, the registration fee is
according to their category plus 50 BRL extra.

The hotel has been defined in the Flamengo region: Hotel Regina (
https://bit.ly/45AAGY5 ). We already made reservations and split rooms
for a good rate. Please coordinate details in private with the LOC. If
you do not hear from us, please contact us ASAP.

We strongly recommend that everyone stays at the same place, so that we
can boost our interactions, share Uber to/from ON.

The tours for Wednesday are being organised by Mariane and we will share
some information soon. The suggestion is to make activities together to
boost interactions within the collaboration. The costs of these
activities are covered by each participant, but we will try to get good
rates for group, maybe arrange transport. Stay tuned!
