Título/Title: Structure Finding in Photometric Redshift Surveys –
                   The EXT-FOF Algorithm and its application to the MUNICS Survey

Resumo/Abstract:

The problems of the detection of galaxy clusters in surveys with low redshift precision are explained. The new extended friends-of-friends (EXT–FOF) algorithm, designed to find structures in this type of surveys is introduced. A short overview will be given of the Munich Near-Infrared Cluster Survey (MUNICS). The application of the EXT-FOF algorithm to this survey is demonstrated. Finally the resulting MUNICS structure catalog, some exemplary clusters and the current status of their spectroscopic verification are presented.
