The Second Brazilian Workshop on Astrobiology will be held in the city of Guarujá, Brazil, from September 23-27, 2013.

The aim of the conference is to bring together Brazilian scientists working on astrobiology and related areas and to stimulate collaborations between them. The meeting will cover recent developments in the field of astrobiology, mainly in the topics:

• Habitability
• Exoplanets
• Interstellar Chemistry
• Early Earth and Origins of Life
• The Limits of Life and Extremophiles
• Outreach and Education in Astrobiology
