GENERAL
INFORMATION
No deadline is fixed, but papers are expected to be submitted no later
than a fixed date to allow
enough time for the refereeing/revision
procedures.
- Papers should be
submitted through the web site
(when submitting the paper,
please click on the corresponding “special issue” key)
A special issue is not
a Proceedings book!
Papers submitted should have the same
level as papers
published
in ordinary issues of the journal.
Articles should not
duplicate papers
already
published or which the author intends to send for
publication elsewhere.
"Communications", "Short notes", "Progress
Reports" and "Extended Abstracts" cannot be accepted for publication.
Papers whose contents are reviews of
recent publications should not be submitted without the previous
agreement of the editors. They wil be considered only in exceptional cases.
All papers will be reviewed
by referees appointed by the journal editors and in agreement with the journal's
rules.
At the end of the refereeing the paper can be
ACCEPTED
NOT ACCEPTED
RETURNED FOR REVISION
Papers for which we do not have,
timely an accepted final version can
remain in the process of edition for publication (if the author agrees
and if eventually accepted)
in a
later issue of the
journal.
Electronic Supplementary Material
The journal accepts electronic
multimedia files (animations, movies, audio, etc.) and other
supplementary files to be published online along with an article (see the journal web site for instructions.)
The electronic edition
of CM&DA is available to investigators in more than 5,500
institutions. CM&DA
is
indexed
in Astronomical and Mathematical bibliographical bases and is available
to investigators
from both communities. A paper in a special issue
can be considered as an occasion to introduce the treated problems in a
more general way, going deeper in the dynamical concepts and stressing the points of importance in the construction of
the studied dynamical models. It is also an occasion to publish
mathematical
details not accepted in journals interested only in publishing results
and phenomenological aspects.
